These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nasdaq AI Screener platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Nasdaq AI Screener is an informational technology platform that runs multiple large language models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Deepseek) in parallel to surface AI-generated analyses of publicly listed securities. The Service includes market screening, factor analysis, and a SIMULATED portfolio environment. The Service is an information and research tool. It is NOT a licensed investment adviser, broker, custodian, or trading platform. No real trades are placed and no real money is deployed through the Service.
You may register using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.
Nothing produced by the Service — including any AI signal, consensus, score, target price, or reasoning text — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. AI outputs reflect pattern-matching on public data and may be incorrect. You must not rely on any output as a personalised recommendation. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make and should consult a licensed adviser where appropriate.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform or its AI providers; (c) abuse, scrape, or overload the Service or attempt to bypass token limits or billing; (d) use AI outputs to misrepresent the Service as licensed advice; (e) transmit malware or harmful code; or (f) infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service uses a token system. Tokens are debited when you run scans or deploy AI analyses. Monthly subscription tokens (where applicable) expire on renewal. Tokens purchased as one-off top-ups do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and/or NowPayments; card and crypto details are handled by those processors, not by us. Because AI generation consumes resources immediately upon execution, used tokens are non-refundable. Refunds for unused subscription periods, where permitted by law, may be requested by contacting us. Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. AI outputs may contain errors or hallucinations. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasdaq AI Screener and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.
Performance tracking on the Service uses a simulated portfolio. Simulated results do not reflect real trading — they ignore slippage, commissions, market liquidity, and other real-world factors. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future real-world results.
Nasdaq AI Screener is not registered as an Investment Adviser with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, nor is it licensed as a Type 4 or Type 9 regulated entity under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance. The Service operates as an information aggregation tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local laws.
We retain all rights in the Service, its design, and its software. AI-generated output made available to you may be used for your personal, informational research. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially republish the Service or bulk AI outputs without our written permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive for a prolonged period, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; used tokens are not refunded; data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall, where possible, first be resolved by informal negotiation via money.tree.tech.hk@gmail.com.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date below and provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
