This Privacy Policy explains how Nasdaq AI Screener ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Nasdaq AI Screener platform (the "Service"). Nasdaq AI Screener is an AI-driven market screening and information platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform. Specifically: (a) Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, full name, and email address provided by Google. (b) Usage data — we record page views (anonymised by session), screening queries you run, and the AI analyses you generate, so that the platform can display your history and so that administrators can aggregate analytics. (c) Token and billing data — we store your token balance and subscription status. Card data is never handled by us; payments are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. or NowPayments. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or full bank account details.
We use your data to: (a) authenticate you and maintain your session; (b) provide and display the screening analyses you request; (c) track your token balance and enforce fair-use limits on AI generation; (d) aggregate anonymised analytics so administrators can understand engagement; (e) send you service-related emails such as receipts or important account notices. We do NOT use your data to build advertising profiles or to sell personal data to third parties.
Where required (for example under the GDPR), we process your personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent (e.g. creating an account and using Google sign-in); (b) performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested); and (c) legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement). We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform, and only as necessary: (a) Google LLC — to authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In; we request the basic profile scope (name and email) only. (b) Stripe, Inc. and NowPayments — payment processors; they receive transaction metadata but not your screening data. (c) AI model providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Deepseek) — to generate the analyses you request; we send tickers and market context, not your financial details. (d) Market data providers (Yahoo Finance, public government databases) and the IP-geolocation service ipapi.co — for analytics enrichment. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any other party.
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account record and associated screening history within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, billing/tax records) or where anonymised aggregated analytics have already been produced and cannot be re-identified.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict certain processing; (e) data portability; (f) withdraw consent at any time. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud hosting. However, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed fully secure. We will notify you of any personal-data breach affecting you where required by law.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age under applicable local law for consent to data processing). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, Hong Kong, and the European Union, depending on the infrastructure and providers used. We apply appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses where applicable) to such transfers.
When you use Google to sign in, we request only your basic profile information (name and email) via the Google APIs. We do not request access to your Google contacts, Drive, Calendar, Gmail, or any other Google product on your behalf for the purpose of running this Service. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings; doing so will prevent further sign-in, though your existing account data remains subject to this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
